Developed through many years of study and practice, the Leading Man Strength Program blends the best of all worlds, drawing from the very best in weight training, bodyweight training, gymnastics, CrossFit, HIIT training, RomWod, yoga, stretching...everything.
Other programs have their limitations or may even create problems for you:
- Some programs say "NO!" to certain training methods - "No bodyweight training because you can't get a pump that way." "No bodybuilding because functional training is king." "No cardio." Such is not the case with the Leading Man Strength Program. Some methods are better for aesthetics, some are better for functionality, others are better for strength - why not use them all?
- Other programs skip steps - It doesn't make sense to be working on a Plank if you haven't mastered a Forearm Plank. Why are you working on Hanging Leg Lifts before mastering Straddle Ups? Again, not a problem with the Leading Man Strength Program. It guides you from one level to the next level so you can continuously progress.
- Many programs don't know how to use bodyweight training to complement their weight lifting - Why wouldn't use Straddle Donkey Kicks to improve your deadlift? The Leading Man Strength Program doesn't make that mistake. Bodyweight training is the key to make your weight training gains go through the roof!
- Quite a few programs don't focus on injury-prevention or if they do that is ALL they focus on. Programs either have you spending 0% of the time on pre-hab exercises or say you should warm up for 30 minutes before starting with a laundry list of stretches. Of course, not an issue with the Leading Man Strength Program. Injury prevention is built in without eating away at your precious time!
- Finally, many programs aren't sustainable. Period. "Hey you need to work out 5 days per week to get your results." "NOT!" Daily workouts are not the case with the Leading Man Strength Program. 3 workouts per week. Period. Get in, get out, move on.

- attain your aesthetic goals as quickly as a bodybuilding routine alone,
- reach your strength goals as quickly as a Starting Strength program,
- master your bodyweight as quickly as a pure gymnastics program
Individual goals may take a little longer to reach with the Leading Man Strength Program. However, you will achieve ALL three more quickly, in a sustainable, injury-proof way. One that helps you stay sane, and surpasses the progress you'd make by only focusing on a single area. And this program won't take over your life. You have other things to focus on!

Your Instructor

After years of personal training, acting on sets, reading books and articles, and listening to all the podcasts his iPhone could handle, Dan developed the Leading Man approach to strength and physical fitness.
The Leading Man approach blends the best of all worlds, cherry-picking from weight training, bodyweight training, gymnastics, CrossFit, HIIT training, ROMWOD, yoga, stretching...everything.
